BullBear Market is designed and operated strictly for educational and learning purposes. Our platform exists to help beginners understand the stock market through structured learning and simulated practice — nothing more.

We provide a safe, risk-free environment where users can learn stock market concepts, practice trading with virtual money, and develop skills before entering real markets.

Users are solely responsible for their real-world investment decisions. Always consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before investing real money.

BullBear Market is a 100% simulation and learning platform. There is absolutely no real money involvement at any stage of using this platform.

• No real money trading — all buy/sell actions are purely virtual simulations
• No guaranteed profits or returns — virtual performance does not guarantee real market results
• Not a financial advisory service — we do not advise on real investments
• No deposits required — you never need to deposit, pay or transfer money to trade here

BullBear Market uses a virtual coin and balance system to simulate trading. You must clearly understand the nature of these virtual assets:

• No real monetary value — virtual coins, points and balances are purely in-platform units with no real-world financial worth
• Non-withdrawable — virtual coins cannot be transferred to bank accounts, wallets or any real payment method
• Non-transferable — virtual balance cannot be sent to other users or external platforms
• Non-exchangeable — virtual coins cannot be converted to real currency, cryptocurrency, or any other asset
• Platform-specific — virtual balance exists only within BullBear Market and has no value outside it

BullBear Market hosts weekly and monthly leaderboard contests where top virtual traders may receive rewards. Please understand these important terms regarding rewards:

• Performance-based — leaderboard rankings are based solely on virtual trading performance in simulation
• Subject to change — reward amounts, structure and distribution methods may be modified at any time
• No legal claim — users cannot make any legal claim or demand on any reward, prize or incentive
• Right to cancel — BullBear Market reserves the right to modify, postpone or permanently cancel any reward programme without prior notice
• Disqualification — suspected manipulation, cheating or gaming of the leaderboard results in immediate disqualification and account ban
• Distribution timing — weekly rewards every Sunday 5 PM, monthly rewards at month end (subject to change)

BullBear Market may offer optional premium subscription features. The following terms apply to any premium offering:

• Completely optional — the core learning and virtual trading platform remains 100% free forever
• No guaranteed success — premium subscription does not guarantee improved trading results, profits or leaderboard rankings
• No unfair advantage — premium features are limited to enhanced learning experience; they do not provide unfair leaderboard or simulation advantages
• Feature-only — subscription benefits are restricted to platform features and educational enhancements
• Refund policy — refund eligibility subject to terms communicated at point of subscription

As a user of BullBear Market, you are fully responsible for your actions, behaviour and decisions on the platform. You agree to use BullBear Market only for its intended educational purpose.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice or appeal.

BullBear Market reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected on the account
• Violation of these Terms of Service — any clause herein
• Leaderboard manipulation — use of bots, scripts, multiple accounts or cheating
• Platform misuse — using the platform for any purpose other than educational learning
• Harassment or abusive behaviour — towards other users, community or support team
• Providing false information — fake accounts, impersonation or identity fraud

Users may also voluntarily request account deletion at any time by emailing support. Refer to our Privacy Policy for data deletion details.

BullBear Market reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may be made for reasons including:

• New platform features or services being added
• Changes in applicable laws or regulations
• Improvements in clarity or user understanding
• Business or operational requirements

Continued use of BullBear Market after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

BullBear Market is an educational platform only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BullBear Market shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses in real markets — any real-world investment decisions made after using our platform
• Decisions based on educational content — our content is for learning, not professional financial advice
• Technical issues or downtime — temporary unavailability, bugs or errors on the platform
• Data loss — loss of virtual coins, rankings or progress due to technical failures
• Third-party services — actions or failures of third-party analytics, advertising or infrastructure providers
• Indirect or consequential damages — any indirect loss arising from use or inability to use the platform

All content on BullBear Market — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course content, blog articles, UI design, images and branding — is the intellectual property of BullBear Market.

• No redistribution — course content and educational material may not be redistributed or sold
• Personal use only — all content is licensed for personal, non-commercial educational use only
• User-generated content — by contributing content (if applicable), you grant BullBear Market a non-exclusive license to use it on the platform
