Password याद नहीं? Login page पर "Forgot Password" option use करें। अगर email नहीं आ रहा तो spam folder check करें। फिर भी issue हो तो email करें।

Step 1: Browser का cache clear करें (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)   Step 2: Page hard refresh करें (Ctrl+F5)   Step 3: Different browser try करें   Step 4: अगर app है तो reinstall करें।

Leaderboard real-time update होता है। कभी-कभी 5–10 minutes लग सकते हैं। Page refresh करें। अगर 1 घंटे बाद भी issue है तो screenshot के साथ email करें।

Virtual coins का balance simulate होता है। Trades pending state में हो सकती हैं। App refresh करें और कुछ minutes wait करें। Persistent issue के लिए email support करें।
